O predstavi
"V objemu sprožilca ali pot do točke nič" pronicljivo razgrinja intimen svet posameznika v hudi življenjski stiski, kjer ga prežemajo tesnoba, dvom in nemoč. Ga zares edinole nevarno soočenje s sprožilcem lahko reši težkih bremen?
»V objemu sprožilca ali pot do točke nič« je prvi avtorski projekt koreografa in plesalca Jerneja Bizjaka, ki bo premiero doživel na slovenskih tleh. »Predstava tematizira vzpostavitev človekovega duševnega in telesnega ustroja ter njune soodnosnosti v razmerah anksioznosti časa v katerem živimo. Znotraj uprizoritve vzpostavljamo nov jezik gibalnega slovarja, s katerim lahko rušimo zidove tematike o kateri ne želimo ali ne zmoremo spregovoriti. Predstava nas tako postavlja pred s/r/amotno soočenje posameznika s stisko«, pove dramaturginja predstave Sara Živkovič.
About the performance
“In the embrace of a trigger or the road to point zero” insightfully unveils the intimate world of an individual in anguish, racked with anxiety, doubt and the feeling of powerlessness. Can the perilous encounter with the trigger save him from the weight of the burden?
»In the embrace of a trigger or the road to point zero« is the first original dance project of the choreographer and dancer Jernej Bizjak, which will took place in his homeland. »Through the performance we are discussing individuum's mental and physical structure and their relationships to a world full of anxiety, the one we are living in today. We try to establish a new movement vocabulary, by means of which we can demolish high walls built around the subject no one wishes to talk about or is even unable to utter at all. The audience is faced with rough loneliness and shame of an individuum in anguish«, says the dramaturge of the performance Sara Živkovič.
O avtorju
Jernej Bizjak (r.1987) sodi med peščico slovenskih plesalcev, ki jim referenčne mednarodne odrske deske predstavljajo že povsem domača tla. Šolal se je na priznani rotterdamski plesni akademiji CODARTS na Nizozemskem, kasneje pa končal podiplomski študij na Institut del Teatre (IT Dansa) v Barceloni. Plesno pot je nadaljeval v Kopenhagnu kot član danskega plesnega gledališča Danish Dance Theatre, dandanes je svobodnjak, vpet v številne raznovrstne plesne projekte. Prodornost znotraj plesnega prostora izkazuje z vrsto zavidljivih mednarodnih sodelovanj z različnimi koreografi in plesalci kot tudi znotraj uprizarjanja obsežnega repretoarja koreografov sodobnega časa (Jiri Kylian, Ohad Naharin, Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui, Alexander Ekman, Rafael Bonachela, Martin Forsberg, Örjan Andersson idr.). Znotraj projektov je nastopil širom sveta: Danska, Švedska, Norveška, Finska, Poljska, Kitajska, Tajska, Južna Koreja, Nizozemska, Nemčija, Italija, Litva, Latvija, Anglija, Rusija in Združene države Amerike.
Abut the author
Jernej Bizjak (b. 1987) belongs to a handful of Slovenian contemporary dancers, to whom renowned international stages basically present a homeland. In 2007 he was accepted to Rotterdam Dance Academy CODARTS (the Netherlands), which is well known for their intense and technical study program. Later on, he passed the audition for post-graduate program at Institut del Teatre Barcelona (IT Dansa). For three years he was a dancer in the international dance ensemble of Danish Dance Theatre (DDT). In his collaboration with international choreographers and dancers, he performed in dance pieces of most important contemporary choreographers (Jiri Kylian, Ohad Naharin, Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui, Alexander Ekman, Rafael Bonachela, Martin Forsberg, Örjan Andersson et al.). He is now a freelancer, working in various dance projects all over the world.
