MedFestivalska Plesna Intervencija MedUkrep je tudi tokrat, med enim in drugim Festivalom plesnih perspektiv Ukrep, zamišljena kot živahno zbirališče plesa, ki ponuja tri dni različnih plesnih intervencij. Prvi dan celovečerno predstavo Dore Kokolj in Eni Vesović in kratko predstavo Veronike Váldes; drugi dan (v sodelovanju s Poletno plesno šolo) kratke plesne intervencije mladih avtorjev in pedagogov na PPŠ, Jerneja Bizjaka, Petra de Vuysta & Tamása Tuze in Dagmar Dachauer, ter plesno‑filmsko intervencijo Enye Belak; v nedeljo pa sledi MPI- Medfestivalska plesna intervencija, mišljena kot piknik, namenjen druženju in predstavitvam Poletne plesne šole. Once again, Inter‑Festival Dance Intervention MedUkrep, taking place between two Ukrep Festivals of Dance Perspectives, is conceived as a lively meeting place of dance, offering three days of diverse dance interventions. On day one, a full-length performance by Dora Kokolj and Eni Vesović, along with a short piece by Veronika Váldes; on day two (in collaboration with the International Summer Dance School), short dance interventions by young artists and educators at Ljubljana Summer Dance School: Jernej Bizjak, Peter De Vuyst & Tamas Tuza and Dagmar Dachauer, along with a dance-movie performance by Enya Belak; and on Sunday, Inter-Festival Dance Intervention, conceived as picnic for socializing and presentations of the Summer Dance School. “Solo for Real”, prikazuje dualizem posameznika, ki je obremenjen s spomini iz preteklosti, obenem pa biva v sedanjosti, ki je ni zmožen živeti. Ukleščen v praznino postane brezkončen ujetnik osame, kjer ga skromna želja po spokojnosti privede do točke obsesije.

“Solo for Real” shows the dualism inside a man’s head. The dualism is given by the contrast between his present time and things that have happened in his past, his memories, which come to haunt him. Caught in the void between present and past, he is endlessly captivated by isolating loneliness, pushing him towards obsessive drive for serenity.

The short performance is aiming to introduce the vocabulary of the artists from which they work, in which they are home, yet sometimes they get lost in their own world, that they must find a way out.
